Thai Table Massage

Table Thai Massage is a modern adaptation of traditional Thai massage, performed on a massage table instead of a mat on the floor. It combines assisted stretching, acupressure, and rhythmic compression techniques to improve flexibility, circulation, and energy flow.

The technique uses all parts of the hands, forearms, knees and feet to compress and apply acupressure to the points alongside stretching.

This can help to increase the length of restricted muscles and restore the natural state/posture of the client’s body. This treatment is more suited to those who want to undertake deeper pressure and longer stretches.
