When you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into a peaceful space where you can simply let go. You’ll remain fully clothed and lie comfortably while I work intuitively with your energy.
Using light touch or hands held just above your body, I sense where energy feels blocked or heavy. You might notice sensations like warmth, tingling, or gentle waves moving through you. Some people experience colours, memories, or emotions rising and releasing. Others drift into a deep meditative state, allowing their mind and body to reset.
Each session lasts around 60 minutes. Afterwards, we take time to ground and reflect on your experience.
