Gua Sha facial

Gua Sha facial

Gua sha has its roots in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and has existed for thousands of years as a way to alleviate symptoms of various ailments. But it got renewed attention recently from beauty influencers raving about its supposed facial benefits. What was once a relatively low-profile treatment is now a cult beauty trend.

Gua Sha therapy focuses on balancing wellbeing by improving circulation and supports the skin’s natural ability to rejuvenate itself. It is very important to use only natural stones, as they have healing properties to help relaxation, distress the muscles, toning and ultimately sculpt the face , neck and shoulders.

During treatment, I will use a lot of gentle techniques, with the Gua Sha and oil, following a face map direction of muscles to drain away toxins, lift and awake and where needed sculpt the area, for a more tension release and younger glowing look . Each session is meant to be very relaxing for the client, to help boost energy, calm the mind, and heal from within.
